Employee Referrals Pay Off
Great people know great people! We believe our best new team members often come from within our own network. When an employee refers someone who joins our team and becomes permanent after 90 days, they receive a referral bonus as a thank-you for helping BHGL grow with quality talent.

Fall Benefits Fair & Upcoming Events
Mark your calendar! Our Employee Fall Benefits Fair will be held Thursday, October 22 from 3–6 p.m. This is your chance to prepare for open enrollment in November, ask questions, and make informed choices about your benefits.
We also invite you to join us for community fun at Downtown Sylva’s Treat Street on Friday, October 31 from 5–7 p.m. Look for the big BHGL tent, and don’t miss our End of the Year Celebration on Saturday, December 13 (Brunch)—a great time to connect and celebrate together.
Bonuses and Recognition
BHGL proudly celebrates the hard work and dedication of the Canton Construction division for meeting their benchmark and earning a 5% August bonus, paid on October 16th. Their achievement highlights the rewards of teamwork, goal setting, and consistent performance.
