Aspire is the system we use every day to organize schedules, track work, and handle billing. Now, with Customer Portal 2.0, you have direct access to that same system in a customer-friendly format.

  • Review and pay invoices securely, without the hassle of mailing checks.
  • See scheduled visits and past service history so you always know what’s happening on your property.
  • Submit and track service requests for any additional work you’d like completed.
  • View project and service photos to see exactly what was done.
  • Access on web or mobile, giving you flexibility wherever you are.

If you’ve already activated your portal, there’s nothing more you need to do—you’ve likely noticed the new features and improvements already. If you haven’t set up your account yet, now is the perfect time. We’ve resent activation emails for every customer. Just look in your inbox to get started.

SMS Notifications: Real-Time Service Updates

Alongside the portal upgrade, we’re also rolling out SMS messaging for all of our customers. This is part of our ongoing commitment to better communication and transparency. This feature will first be available to our Maintenance customers. GroundWorks, BuildScape, and Canton Construction customers will gain access in the near future as we continue rolling out the upgrade across all divisions.

Here’s how it works:

  • Every account is already enabled for SMS.
  • Once you become a customer, you’ll receive a text invitation to opt in.
  • After you opt in, you’ll start receiving text notifications straight to your phone.

These texts will include:

  • Reminders before scheduled visits so you know when our crews are on the way.
  • Confirmation messages when work is completed, giving you instant peace of mind.

This simple feature provides real-time updates without you having to check email or log into your account, ensuring you’re always in the loop.
