Celebrating Our Employees
First and foremost, we are grateful for our incredible team. Across our four divisions—Maintenance, GroundWorks, BuildScape, and Canton Construction serving customers throughout the region—our employees showed exceptional professionalism, adaptability, and pride in their craft. Whether maintaining long-standing client properties, designing and installing outdoor living spaces, tackling drainage challenges, enhancing landscapes, or supporting customers through winter weather and seasonal transitions, they consistently delivered high-quality workmanship with a positive attitude.
We celebrated standout milestones this year, including work anniversaries, promotions, new certifications, and leadership growth through BHGL University. From seasoned team members marking over a decade with the company to new employees beginning their landscaping careers, each person plays a vital role in our success. Their dedication is the foundation on which B. H. Graning Landscapes continues to flourish.
Supporting and Serving Our Western North Carolina Community
Being “Mountain Grown. Locally Known.” holds meaning far beyond a slogan. Our connection to Western North Carolina is rooted in service, partnership, and gratitude. This year, we strengthened bonds with local schools, teams, nonprofits, and organizations—from youth sports sponsorships to community cleanup events, chamber activities, fundraisers, and disaster relief efforts.
We are grateful for the opportunity to support our neighbors across Jackson, Haywood, Macon, and surrounding counties. Whether we are installing a new landscape, providing firewood and supplies, assisting with storm cleanup, or lending a hand at a local event, we are honored to be part of the fabric of this community.

This year brought exciting opportunities—from new projects and expanded services to advancements in training, technology, and customer communication. We enhanced our Aspire Customer Portal, expanded safety initiatives, and continued investing in equipment, education, and leadership development to better serve our clients.
We also gathered to celebrate achievements big and small. Our 20th Anniversary was a highlight, bringing together employees, families, clients, and partners to honor two decades of growth, resilience, and commitment to excellence. The camaraderie, laughter, and shared memories from this milestone event will continue to inspire us for years to come.
